Return Policy

We want to earn your trust so you can buy with confidence.  We understand that issues and disputes will arise and would like the opportunity to resolve those issues and disputes to avoid negative feedback.

1. We require that you contact us before returning anything. All returns must be authorized by us before being shipped back.
2. Items eligible for return: broken, damaged, non-functional parts; or a different part received than the one purchased.
3. Any items being returned must be done so within 30 business days from the invoice date. Please contact us and provide a reason for return.  Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless we work out something together.
4. We will be liable for return shipping if we are at fault for sending a nonfunctional part or a different part received than what was pictured, described, or invoiced, otherwise buyer pays return shipping.
5. THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL ITEMS WITH OUR FREE RETURNS POLICY
6. If you would like to return a part that was wrongfully purchased, you will provide return shipping and the part must be received in the same condition it was originally sold to you.  ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
